Activities to ensure the correct implementation of the basic data analysis plan:

• Identifying the data within your SME that improves understanding of the available information.
• Analyzing the different AI tool options for exploiting and visualizing data, recommending the one that best fits your SME’s current situation and the investment required for adoption.
• Generating valuable information from processed data using artificial intelligence algorithms.
• Advising you on how to exploit data through the selected tool.
• Optionally, advice may be provided on data governance, data management and data quality management processes in accordance with UNE 0077 “Data Governance”, UNE 0078 “Data Management” and UNE 0079 “Data Quality Management”.
• Developing and executing a business-adapted use case in data analysis (basic level).
• Identifying opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of data analysis.

Data Analysis Advisory Service (Advanced)

Activities to ensure the correct implementation of the advanced data analysis plan:

• Identifying your SME’s data, assessing its value and evaluating its use in conjunction with other sources.
• Generating and obtaining valuable information from processed data using artificial intelligence algorithms to improve data-driven decision-making.
• Providing advice to help you understand your SME’s data and use data management tools.
• Optionally, advice may be provided on evaluating the maturity of data governance, data management and data quality management processes following UNE 0080 “Guide for the Evaluation of Data Governance, Data Management and Data Quality Management” and UNE 0081 “Guide for the Evaluation of Data Quality”.
• Developing and executing a use case adapted to your SME using artificial intelligence techniques in data analysis (advanced level).
• Identifying opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of advanced data analysis.​

Digital Sales Advisory Service

Activities to ensure the correct implementation of your digital sales improvement plan:

• Analyzing your SME’s current situation in digital sales, social media positioning and internet presence.
• Raising awareness among your employees about the importance and techniques of online sales and digital marketing.
• Defining a medium- and long-term online sales and digital presence strategy (social media, search engine positioning, Google Analytics, etc.) using AI-based predictive models.
• Developing and executing a use case adapted to your SME using appropriate artificial intelligence techniques in the area of digital sales.
• Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of digital sales.​

Business Process or Production Process Advisory Service

Activities to ensure the correct implementation of improvements in business or production processes:

• Understanding your SME’s strategic goals, key points and objectives and aligning them with a focus on digitalization, the use of artificial intelligence and improvement of business processes (or, where applicable, the selected manufacturing process).
• Analyzing the business processes you currently carry out in order to identify possible improvements. In the case of production processes, an analysis of the selected manufacturing process will be performed, identifying opportunities for efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.
• Effectively communicating to your SME’s employees the strategic relevance of process digitalization, emphasizing how it not only optimizes daily work but also strengthens competitiveness.
• Providing specialized advice on business process management and artificial intelligence tools, covering everything from sales and human resources to project management, and highlighting specific solutions to improve efficiency and quality. If a manufacturing process has been selected instead, advice will be provided on tools and technology for optimizing and automating that production process.
• Developing and executing a use case adapted to your SME, using the appropriate techniques, to optimize a business process or, where applicable, a manufacturing process.
• Identifying opportunities or possible uses of AI in business processes or, where applicable, production processes.​

Activities to ensure the correct improvement of your SME’s strategy and performance:

• Analyzing your current business intelligence situation to assess needs, identify gaps in the use of business intelligence technologies and detect improvement opportunities.
• Proposing recommendations to develop analytical skills and foster a decision-making culture based on data processing with artificial intelligence algorithms in today’s competitive environment.
• Advising you on the incorporation of advanced machine learning, artificial intelligence and data mining techniques and tools, understanding the specific characteristics of your SME and aligning them with business objectives.
• Defining with you a medium- and long-term strategy for implementing and optimizing business intelligence aimed at improving performance.
• Design and execution of a use case demonstrating the effectiveness of competitive analysis techniques to improve business strategy and performance.
• Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in business strategy and performance.​

Cybersecurity Advisory Service (Basic)

Activities to ensure the correct development of your basic cybersecurity plan; the service provided will allow you to:

• Understand your SME’s current risk situation by identifying the most valuable assets and data for your activity.
• Ensure your SME’s continuity in the face of potential security incidents, minimizing the risk of business interruptions.
• Prepare and provide a detailed response plan for security breaches, defining specific protocols and actions in the event of a cyberattack.
• Define and establish with you a customized short- and medium-term cybersecurity strategy.
• Comply with security regulations and standards related to data protection and information security.
• Prepare the basic documentation for implementing an ISMS (ISO 27001 and medium-high ENS) for a core service offered to customers or public administrations.

• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas of your SME that could benefit from digitalization.
• Review your cybersecurity policies, plans and procedures, identifying deficiencies and aspects for improvement.
• Proactively protect your SME against attacks targeting data, improving resilience and response capability against threats.
• Raise awareness among your employees of the importance of cybersecurity and foster an organizational culture focused on cybersecurity and risk management.
• Prepare the documentation so you can submit your ISMS for certification for a core service offered to customers or public administrations (ISO 27001 and medium-high ENS, according to CCN-STIC Guide 825). Certification not included.
• Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME using appropriate techniques in the area of cybersecurity.​

• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas of your SME that could benefit from digitalization.

• Evaluate the tools and technologies already in use, providing advice to optimize their performance and align them with your digital transformation objectives.
• Develop a clear, customized strategy that sets out the objectives, deadlines and specific steps for digital transformation.
• Establish a framework for continuous innovation and adaptability as digital technologies evolve.
• Development and execution of a business-adapted use case using appropriate techniques to demonstrate the advantages of using digital tools.
• Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of digital transformation.
